This is a mini album version of the Breath of Fire V Dragon Quarter Original Soundtrack, showcasing some tracks to highlight the fact that Sakimoto was doing the music for the new game in the series. It only has five tracks, but is fairly representative of the overall style one can expect from the real deal, with Main being an ambient, thick track, First Town and Calmato reminiscent of some of the lighter themes from Vagrant Story, and the two battle tracks seeming like a mix between Vagrant Story's battles and some of Sakimoto's work on Tactics Ogre.
